slow but sure.. I think!
I'm 550 hours into this (6 months), I set tension to 2000 but within 1/2 an hour the stretch brings that number lower. I've gained approx 1.7cm length and .3 cm girth.
I don't know who these folks are saying "you can't even tell you're wearing it, BS, it's bearable but far from comfortable and you have to modify your movement (sitting and standing) a bit. I've had a unit snap and they were quick to replace it, good customer service. I am skeptical of the examples used regarding neck and lip stretching, lips and earlobes go back to normal when you stop stretching and necks don't actually stretch the collar bone gets pushed dangerously down (look it up) So I'd prefer they stick to medical facts and I'd like to see more of that. My gains are slower than the web site suggests but do seem real so I'll just continue to give it time. Reduce your expectations, use it as much as you can (I try 25 hrs a week) and you'll probably be thrilled. Go with the hype and you'll probably get frustrated and quit.
